All of our products are made to order using 3D printing technology.

Orders are typically processed and produced within [2–6 business days] after payment is received. During busy periods or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.

Once production is complete, orders will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

Shipping Costs

LUNA PRINT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at lunaprints4@yahoo.com and we will assist in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
