Thank you for shopping with LUNA PRINTS. Because many of our products are made to order using 3D printing technology, we have established the following return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Returns

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of most of our 3D printed products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, customized, or made specifically for your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lunaprints4@yahoo.com.

To process your request, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and the packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• A replacement item

• Store credit

• A partial or full refund

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun and we may not be able to cancel the order.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

3D Printing Disclaimer

Our products are created using additive manufacturing (3D printing). Minor surface variations, layer lines, or slight color differences are a natural part of the printing process and are not considered defects.

Shipping Issues

Luna Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
